Notwithstanding the above, the following cases are not considered provision to third parties:

- When personal information is jointly used with a specific party, and the individual has been notified in advance or can easily know the scope of shared use, purpose, and responsible party

However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, the Company may refuse disclosure in whole or in part, and will notify the individual of the decision without delay. A fee of 1,000 JPY per case will be charged for disclosure.

- When disclosure may significantly interfere with the Company’s proper business operations
- When disclosure would otherwise violate the law
Information other than personal information, such as historical and characteristic data, will generally not be disclosed.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter “Correction, etc.”) held by the Company if it is inaccurate. The Company will promptly respond if it determines the request is necessary. If the Company makes or refuses to make such corrections, it will promptly notify the user.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
If a user requests suspension of use or deletion of personal information (hereinafter “Suspension, etc.”) because it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or obtained fraudulently, the Company will promptly investigate. Based on the results, if deemed necessary, the Company will promptly carry out Suspension, etc. The Company will notify the user of its decision without delay. If Suspension, etc. involves excessive cost or is otherwise difficult, the Company may take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.
Article 9 (Use of Access Analytics Tools)
The Company uses tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze usage and improve the Services. These tools may use cookies to collect traffic data. Information collected may include partial IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and visit times, but these do not identify individuals and are collected anonymously. Article 10 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
Except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy, the Company may change this Policy without notifying users. Unless otherwise specified, the revised Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
