Diverse Career Design FZCO (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter, “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter, “the Services”).

Article 1 (Personal Information)
“Personal Information” refers to “personal information” as defined by the Personal Information Protection Law, which includes information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact details, and other descriptions, as well as data related to physical appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, or insurer numbers of health insurance cards and other information that can identify a specific individual on its own (personal identifiers).

Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)
The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number when users utilize the Services. In addition, the Company may collect transaction records or payment information, including personal information of users, from our business partners (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”), such as information providers, advertisers, or advertisement distributors.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

• To provide and operate the Services
• To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
• To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, or other services provided by the Company
• To contact users as necessary for maintenance or important notices
• To identify and refuse service to users who violate terms of use or attempt to use the Services for fraudulent or improper purposes
• To allow users to view, change, or delete their registration information and to check their usage status
• To bill users for fees in paid services
• For purposes incidental to the above usage purposes

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)
The Company may change the purpose of use of personal information only if it is reasonably deemed to be related to the purpose before the change. In the event of such a change, the Company will notify users of the new purpose or publish it on this website.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent of the user, except in the following cases or as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations:

• When it is necessary to protect life, body, or property, and obtaining the consent of the individual is difficult
• When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and obtaining consent is difficult
• When it is necessary to cooperate with government agencies or local authorities in executing their legal duties, and obtaining consent may hinder such execution
• When notice or public announcement has been made in advance, and the Company has filed a report with the Personal Information Protection Commission regarding: inclusion of provision to third parties in the purpose of use, items of data to be provided, means or methods of provision, the right of the individual to request cessation of provision, and the method of accepting such requests

Notwithstanding the above, the following cases are not considered provision to third parties:

• When the Company outsources the handling of personal information within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use
• When personal information is provided due to business succession through merger or other reasons
• When personal information is jointly used with a specific party, and the individual has been notified in advance or can easily know the scope of shared use, purpose, and responsible party

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When requested by the individual, the Company will disclose personal information without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, the Company may refuse disclosure in whole or in part, and will notify the individual of the decision without delay. A fee of 1,000 JPY per case will be charged for disclosure.

• When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
• When disclosure may significantly interfere with the Company’s proper business operations
• When disclosure would otherwise violate the law

Information other than personal information, such as historical and characteristic data, will generally not be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter “Correction, etc.”) held by the Company if it is inaccurate. The Company will promptly respond if it determines the request is necessary. If the Company makes or refuses to make such corrections, it will promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
If a user requests suspension of use or deletion of personal information (hereinafter “Suspension, etc.”) because it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or obtained fraudulently, the Company will promptly investigate. Based on the results, if deemed necessary, the Company will promptly carry out Suspension, etc. The Company will notify the user of its decision without delay. If Suspension, etc. involves excessive cost or is otherwise difficult, the Company may take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Use of Access Analytics Tools)
The Company uses tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze usage and improve the Services. These tools may use cookies to collect traffic data. Information collected may include partial IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and visit times, but these do not identify individuals and are collected anonymously. Users can refuse cookies through browser settings. For details, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
Except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy, the Company may change this Policy without notifying users. Unless otherwise specified, the revised Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
