Kaoru founded her company in Japan, then lived in China for seven years and in Dubai, and is now based in India.
Over 20 years in recruitment, with career conversations with more than 6,000 professionals of many nationalities.
A strong track record of placing “business-building leaders,” from CEOs of major Western and other global companies to first Country Managers for market entry into Japan.
In Beijing, she spent four years teaching at an international high school and giving career education lectures at Peking University, contributing to international talent development.
After working at firms including Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment companies, she founded her Japan entity in 2018. In the same year, she moved to China (Shenzhen and Beijing) and focused on cross-border talent between Japan and China. In 2025, she founded her Dubai entity and relocated there. In April 2026, she moved to Mumbai, where she focuses on “executive search that connects Japan and the world.”
Cross-border capability is the ability to cross differences and build relationships.
