“Cross-Border Career Design” that Creates an Edge in the AI Era

Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of companies, from Western global corporations to Chinese startups, supporting the recruitment of “business builders” such as CEOs, Country Managers, and Bridge Leaders. Executive search is, by nature, a high-reward business.

However, I came to believe that nurturing future leaders is both the responsibility and mission of those engaged in the talent industry. That is why I developed a style that combines recruitment with study-abroad support and career coaching, providing continuous guidance along the journey.

The Essence of Career Support as Shown by My Teaching Experience

At an international high school in Beijing, I taught students aiming to study in Japan, focusing on “cross-cultural understanding,” “career design,” “application preparation,” and “interview training.”

Many of these students had never thought about their future dreams and could hardly speak Japanese at first. Yet, through self-analysis, they discovered their own core and goals, and eventually were able to articulate their future vision. Witnessing this transformation moved me deeply time and again.

This is the “synergy of education × business,” made possible because I have engaged daily with executives and diverse leaders and know what society demands of talent.

Looking forward, East Asia and the Middle East will evolve into true business partners. From the UAE—its central hub—I see it as my mission to support companies and professionals to thrive globally.
