With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and career support, Kaoru has conducted dialogues with more than 6,000 individuals. She has been involved in the hiring of “business builders” such as CEOs, Country Managers, and Bridge Leaders, ranging from large Western global corporations to Chinese startups.
After working at Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment firms, she founded the Japan entity in 2018. At the same time, she relocated to China (Shenzhen & Beijing) to strengthen cross-border talent support between Japan and China.
In 2025, she further established the UAE entity in Dubai, where she is now based, expanding cross-border career support connecting East Asia and the Middle East.
In Beijing, she also spent four years in the field of education, teaching at international high schools and Peking University. This rare experience—holding perspectives in both education and recruitment—enables her to provide consistent support from talent development to placement.
In today’s era, where AI is evolving and the definition of careers is being reshaped, she is enrolled in an ICF-accredited coaching program and has developed her unique “C+GROW” coaching model, integrating international coaching standards with AI tools.
